The Cube, designed by those Swedish geniuses at Electrolux, is a portable restaurant that takes fine dinning to a whole new level. It will travel across Europe being placed atop some of its countries most famous landmarks. It current sits here, on top of the arch of Brussels’ Parc du Cinquantenaire (not the Brandenburg Gate as I originally thought).
As excited seeing the trailer for this made me, I couldn’t help to think what a sorry world we live in for them having to remove all dialogue from the trailer so people wouldn’t get put of seeing it due to it being Swedish. The first one was a wonderful example of how strong foreign cinema is right now. People’s laziness to instantly write off subtitled films annoys me.
p.s I am aware I’ve got the Danish poster there. It was the only one I could find in a high enough res.
